イタリアのレクタフレックス社(Rectaflex S.p.A.）は１９４７年から１９５５年の約８年間という非常に短い期間に存在したカメラメーカーですが、その短い生産期間にも関わらず、非常に多くのメーカーのレンズが供給されていました。
（１９５５年の倒産後、商標後継者が１９５６年にリヒテンシュタイン皇太子からの援助で一時的に再生産する。これにはオリジナルのモデルの設計者テレマコ・コルシ Telemaco Corsi は関わらなかった。）
レンズの種類は挙げればきりがないですが、ガリレオ、フィロテクニカ、アンジェニュー、キノプティック、ベルチオ、ローデンシュトック、フォクトレンダー、シャハト、シュナイダー、キルフィット、カール・ツァイス、オールド・デルフトなどなど、そうそうたる顔ぶれです。

このレンズはそんな中でもかなり珍しい、フォクトレンダー社のウルトロンで、ピントリングの形状が非常に特徴的な美しいレンズです。同社のレンズにはノクトン5ｃｍｆ1.5もレクタフレックスマウントがありますが、非常に数が少ないため市場にもめったに現れず、かつ超高価ですので、このウルトロンあたりが一般的には限界だと思います。

ウルトロン5ｃｍｆ2.0は１９５０年にアルブレヒト・ウィルヘルム・トロニエ博士（Albrecht Wilhelm Tronnier)によって設計されたレンズですが、そのレンズ構成は、年代によって複数存在します。このレクタフレックス・マウントのウルトロンはプロミネントカメラ用と同じ最も初期の５群６枚構成です。4群５枚という構成が本に掲載されている場合もありますが、レンズ内部を開けて確認したところ、前３群３枚、後２群３枚のようです。

非常に強いブルー反射のコーティングで、画像に補色の着色が出てしまうのかと心配するほどですが、試してみたところ画像への影響は確認できませんでした。

Italian Camera manufacture Rectaflex S.p.A. is a company existed only between 1947 to 1955. Despite that, they are supplied many lenses from many famous european manufacture.
(After their bankruption in 1955, the successor of their trademark temporarily re-producted the camera with the support of Lichtenstein Crown Prince. But the original designer Dr.Telemaco Corsi was not involved in this.)
The variation of supplied lenses are from Ufficine Galileo, Filotecnica Salmoiraghi, Angenieux, Kinoptic, SOM Berthiot, Rodenstock, Voigtlander, Schacht, Schneider, kilfitt, Carl Zeiss, Old Delft, and others. powerful lineup.
Ultron 50mmf2.0 from Voigtlander is rather rare lens among them which has a beautirul focusing ring. They also supply Nokton 50mmf1.5 lens but that is too rare to use because of its rarety and price in the market.

Ultron 50mmf2.0 was designed by Albrecht Wilhelm Tronnier in 1950 originally and has several designs of lens component at its age. This Ultron has the same 5 group 6 lens design as that of Prominent and Vitessa. Some data shows this as 4 group 5 lens, but I confirmed by opening inside of it.
The coating of this lens is very blue as becoming to worry to color the photo itself, but with my trial I could not find any influence about that.

毎年代々木公園で行われている大規模なイベントです。
年々ダンサーの平均年齢が若くなり、衣装・踊りとも激しく派手になって本来のよさこいからは離れてきているようにも思えますが、それはそれで、楽しい撮影ができるので歓迎です。
先日のフィルムでの撮影結果と比べると、同じレンズによるものとは思えない発色であり、粒子感ですが、ボケの特徴などは全く変わっていません。

なによりも、ピントがくっきりしていて、とても合わせやすいことが助かりました。
レンズ画像で確認できますが、レンズ下部にライカマウントへのアダプターが装着できますので、ライカ・デジタルでも簡単に撮影できますし、さらにこのアダプターはソニーα用のライカレンズＡＦアダプターにも付けられるように特注で細く作られたものですので、今回はα7ＩＩでＡＦで撮影しました。お祭りのように前に人がたくさんいるようなシチュエーションでは、カメラを片手で高く掲げておおざっぱに液晶画面を確認するだけで被写体にはピントが来ますので、非常に便利に使えました。

Super Yosakoi is a large-scale events that have been taken place at Yoyogi Park every year.
Ii seems the average age of the dancers is getting younger, and costumes and dance are also more flashy and hot, which make me feel it goes further from the original Yosakoi. But it is welcome for taking photos with more fun. Comparing with the shooting results in the other day of film, I feel as if the color and graininess come from complete different lenses, but characteristic of Bokeh is completely same.

More than anything, I felt very safe to use this lens because of its clearness of the focus and expressions.
As you can see above photos of this lens, I use the adapter to Leica M mount which is specailly made more slim as also available on Auto Focus adapter Leica lens to Sony α7.
So I took photos this time with α7II.
AF adapter is also very useful in such situation of various events with many people standing in front
as I could get sufficient focus with raising camera high with only one hand.

レクタフレックス本体に装着してフィルムで撮影・試写しました。
フィルムならではの落ち着いた色調と粒子の質感が新鮮に感じられます。
非常に端正な描写のレンズですね。後ろボケは過剰補正型変形ダブルガウスレンズの特徴でもある２線ボケが見られますが、前ボケは非常にきれいですし、描写全体のバランスがとてもよく作られていると思います。

I used film with this lens attached on the original Rectaflex camera.
I felt it so fresh to feel the calm color and graininess.
The description of this lens is very smart. You can see the 2 lines bokeh on rear which seems the typical characteristic of the modified Double Gass type lens. However the bokeh in front is very beautiful and the total balance of the expression is very confortably made, I felt.
